ABOUT LIZ BALMFORTH

Liz joined the firm in July 2023 as a solicitor in our residential property department, and is based at our Ripon office.

Liz qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has many years of experience dealing with all aspects of residential property transactions including first registrations, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other more complex matters.

Away from work, Liz enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dogs!
